i am anil i completed m.b.a in 2010 i took my first year scholarship amount unfortunately i loss my pin code

i was applied for new card and i got new card but the card is showing invalid i explain cards details Bellow

(old card) 4216 8701 0848 1183 this card pin number is loosed

(new card) 4216 8701 2055 5964 it is a new card this pin number is 6751 and web pin number is ZWQA

42XG i have all pin numbers but the card is showing is invalid card so please settle my account

i did not take my m.b.a second year scholarship amount since 2010
