I N. Krishna Prasad, working in APNPDCL and MEMBER in AIMA,
NEW DELHI is submitting following few lines for the kind consideration.
I had obtained no objection and permission from Superintending Engineer/ Operation/APNPDCL/Khammam vide reference cited 1st and had been taken admission in MBA at Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Deemed University, Allahabad, U.P vide my Enrollno;M-1042010313 in the Study centre under Mr D. Satish Reddy, Honry Coordinator, DESC (codeno:1415), AAIDU, Professional Flaza, Mayuri Center, Mamillagudem, Khammam (CELLNO:9399370018 & LAND NO:087 42245455).
I had been taken Earned Leave for 19 days from 16.02.2005 to 06.03.2005 on study purpose for attending the MBA exams from the same university vide reference cited 2nd by AAO/ERO/APNPDCL/Sathupally and completed M.B.A. from Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Deemed University, Allahabad, U.P. in August. I had been taken member ship in All India Management Association,
New Delhi in MEMBER Grade vide Membershipno: M11064. I received the Marks Memos and provisional Certificate vide reference cited 3rd & sent the same to the company for acceptance. But Unfortunately My application for acceptance of MBA degree from AAIDU was returned as the same was not recognized University vide reference cited 4th and not entertained in the Company.
After enquiry with the company authorities, I came to know that the company was returned based on the circular of University Grants Commission’s circular vide no: F.6-9 (CPP-I) dt:23rd August but contents of the memo vide reference cited 4th is not covered the points of the UGC circular, which hurts the student’s psychology and validity of the MBA qualification.
The Distance Education Council, New Delhi is has accorded ex-post-facto recognition to AAIDU in the interest of students that had already received qualifications, till 2005 vide FNO: DEC/A-200/06 CC: A2-AAI4/5450, Dt: 29.8.07 by covering the UGC circular. The Joint Committee Meeting of UGC-AICTE-DEC is approved the Distance Education Courses of Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Deemed University, Allahabad (UP).

New Delhi regarding the validity of the Distance Education Courses of Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Deemed University, Allahabad (UP) of Central Information Office, New Delhi for favour of information please.
I made several representations & submitted Legal Affidavit of the University thru Court to the Company and they have not consider the qualification. Because of the above attitude, I am having the loss of Rs 1, 00, 000 (Rupees one lakh only) for completion of the MBA from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Deemed University, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) and DAMAGES for RS 5, 00, 000/-(Rupees of Five lakhs only).
Hence it is requested to make justice and favor me with suitable orders.
