Apple Blossom, the nursery wing of DPS proved another example of how education has become a money making business. This is a recent instance with regards to my daughter admssion in the prenursery batch of the school earlier informed the parents that session will start from April 15 till 13 May and the transport fee would be 5000 for the first session. Later when the fees was to be paid principal Ms BIndu Gupta apologies and stated that it was a communication error and the fees will be 7500 for the first session.
My complaint is that
1- the school should own up for the mistake they made. If the fee structure would have been informed unambigously, many parents were planning and would have made self arrangement for one month and saved their had earned money.
2. Principal informed me that she cannot over-rule management decision, but she is the whole and sole responsible for management and could have given parent experience an edge over revenue for the school. So what moral grounds are been set and what should the parents expect in furture.
