I recently bought an AQUAGUARD RO PROTECT . Just after a week I bought it, the device started malfunctioning. Water was continuously going out through the outlet valve, though no water was actually getting filtered and stored in the device. We called the customer care, service person came in two days, fixed in two minutes and left. We dint have any problem for the next three days. Now we are facing the exact same issue. I have again raised a complaint with customer care yesterday and I was informed that this time a senior service technician will attend us that very day. We are still waiting...
I remember reading a similar complaint about aquaguard service in this site, but I had to go with this product as I was not able to find any other product. I suppose aquagaurd should give as much importance to their product and service as they give to their marketing.
