Aqua Sure Crystal UV
Water not purified, poor service

I purchased Aqua Guard model Aqua Sure Crystal UV from one of service agent Mr. Sanjib Katoky (mobile no. 9957313616). He suggested that the iron contents are very much in Jorhat area, as such one iron remover device should also be purchased. we got installed both the devices on 03.04.2012. Initially we got pur clean water but since last 15-20 days the water is not getting purified. We called on Mr. Kotoky, he came and suggested that one more iron remover device to be installed. We refused, because even after that if we don't get clean water, then one more, one more device. I don't know whether the system is working okay or not. If there is some defect in the device, it should be immediately replaced. I hoe my complaint will be redressed soon by Eureka
