PROPER SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE and Getting abusive from 18602661177

I have purchased a product of EURAKAFORBS by name AQUASURE (Water Purifier). It is troubling a lot and the company people are not responding for the service complaint even after one week. Moreover the person who attended my call on 18602661177 My Vijay, Customer Service Executive is more abusive and he is not co-operative with the customer and he is not ready to here from the customer. I declare that he is UNFIT as customer relation person. The company EURAKAFORBS is very thick skin about all these complaints and they are not responding with proper service to the customers

ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS AND NEW BUYYERS OF EURAKA PRODUCTS :

I personally advise all the people in INDIA not to buy any products branded EURAKAFORBS, since their service to the customers is very very bad. Moreover their behaviour with the customers is toooooo bad and abusive.
