The product (Aqua Sure) has failed to dispense water twice in the first month of purchase (purchased in October). The personnel of the service wong are equally lazy to attend to the complaint. The company is attentive while making tall promises and impressive assurances; However, in reality it seems to be hoax. I heavily regrett for the purchase.
I am still cluelessly waiting for the personnel to come and repair the Water purifier.
