Purchase Aquasure water purifier in October. From last 2 month try calling all franchisees and call center number to know how too change cartridge.but even call center personnel not responding to the query.registered on last monday i.e.29/03 fro cartridge change and response from opposite side was that person will come in 2 days time but still nobody came.alsotry calling agency from where i buy the product but phone no are not reachable.due to this suffer a lot.my family members are failing to coap with impure water.so requesting you to take serious action against these wizards who in the name of health cheats and exploits citizens like us
