Sir, I have purchased 1 No. 'PIGEON ELECTRIC RICE COOKER' from CM Central, Visakhapatnam vide Bill No.17 dt.03.04.2010 and the same was put to use on 04.04.2010 at my residence at B-81, NTPC SIMHADRI PO, VISAKHAPATNAM - 531 020. Within 15 minutes of running it has stopped and not at all functioning.
I have already lodged a verbal complaint with CMR CEntral at Ph No.0891-2598123 and PIGEON Service Centre, Vizag at Ph no.0891-2573537 for total replacement with new one. However, they are reluctant to do so and are only offering free servicing.
This issue may please be taken up and justice may be done for the money paid by me.
