Geniune claim of failed under warranty not accepting by tye supplier

We "Raj air systems" Chennai - 600 056, air conditioning service provider bought new 2 TR rotary AC compressor from Arihant electrical & Refrigeration center "Laksmi tower", 93/20, Arcot road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024. through their invoice No. 41 dated 28/05. The purchased compressor having 12 months warranty from the invoice date. Same compressor Sl. No. 470278456653 was failed within warranty on 18/05 and same was handed over to the supplier on 24/05 with copy of invoice for warranty replacement. But the supplier is not accepting the compressor for replacement.
