Poor quality product

I purchased Motorola Razr V3i on 4th December at around 8.30 pm and within 24 hours (on 5th December around 4.30 pm) its flip screen display stopped functioning.

The shopkeeper tells me that I applied pressure on it or mishandled it, which is absolutely out of question (after all who wouldn't handle it properly for even a single day!)

He refused to replace the cellphone.

(NOTE- Nokia has a policy of replacement in case of any complaint within 48 hours of purchase).

If this is the quality of the product that without any mishandling or mistreatment, phone displays keep getting faulty then what do we expect from a company like Motorola?!

Absolutely pathetic quality and even poorer after-sales service.

I took this phone with much interest but have lost it all now, after this episode.
