Sir, I purchase Aroma Mobile on 18 Aug 10 from Lakshya Communication 638, Pocket-1, Paschim Puri, New Delhi - 63 Mobile No - 9716192777. From last 10 days my aroma mobile handset is not working properly, (a) receiving unit not receive my speech (2) charger not working (3) one side of ear phone not working. Sir company give one year warranty for the mobile set, six month warranty for charger and three month warranty for the ear phone.
I login to the aroma mobile site and search for the service centre. One service centre is addedded in the site (Anna Communication A3/93 janakpuri). When i rang to the number available in the site, it was wrong number. I personnaly visited to the a3/93 janakpuri, but it was not a service centre. I went to the Lakshya communication for the knowing the service centre, he told me that service centre available in uttam nagar. I again visited to uttam nagar for service centre but it was no where available. No one know about this. Sir now the question arises, how can i got my mobile serviceable and how i got my money back?
