I bought a HTC desire from Samer Dua (owner) and after5 months the phone hanged and does not start. Now its been 2 months and he hasnt changed it yet.
Before two days when my htc got hanged, i bought a new phone frrom him (Blackberry curve 3g). I opened it next day and found that the tracpad has some problem. I told him the issue and asked him to change the phone. He asked me for the phone and promised me that he'll give me new set tomorrow. 1 month have passed now, he is just making me fool. I have decided to launch a FIR against him after he return my htc.
