Unsatisfying service

Hello

its too difficult to accept esteemed company like Onida as recruited such cheater service man..we have Onida DVD system..we had called a serviceman from Vashi (navi mumbai) to check..that sick man did not do anything didnt even touch the system & charged an elderly lady (my mom) 250 rupees & promised will deliver requirement later..& obvious never turned up..please stop doing this to your consumers who believes in you..
