dear sir,
sub: complaint about refrigerator front door
on 5th sep 2010 i brought a samsung refrigerator invoice no j571 our BP no 8416950484 from your showroom lajpat nagar new delhi
from supplier r k sawhney
unfortunately on checking our front door having dent on it from the first day i was complaining about the front door but the company said that it will soon repair in 1 week but no action has taken place yet I was upset and insisted that he cannot do this to me, as I was waiting the whole day and even a little while ago I was told that the door is on his way. it is disgusting to say the least, to see that a Company of such repute which claims global status, is so poor in its after sales. I would not like to keep the refrigerator of a company which does not care for its customers inconvenience and would also tell me layers of lies.
whenever i call the company they give new compliant number and say that the door had not yet completed and every week one or the other man call us and say what your compliant no.enough is enough now if you wont repair in two days i would compliant to consumer court you are the one who have to suffer then so kindly give us new one or repair it kindly forward to some prompt action from you
