I sen my Phillips Audio Player Model-AZ1030/12, set sl. no. IL010148014128 to M/s Acacia Electronic Care, Lucknow (Authorised Phillips Service Centre in Lucknow) for repairing as the CD player was not functioning. They repaired it in two months time and delivered it on 18.09.2010. But the problem is not solved. I immidiately contacted them. They told me to get the set again to their shop. Is it justified? Because who will pay for the carriage cost and this is the the fault from their side. They are not responding although I have paid the repairing charges Rs. 1750/-. I need immidiate response from Phillips India side so that the set can properly be repaired within a week.
