Sir, I am an Asianet subscriber of ID No. DA 00780036 and the Digital Box scheme is provided to me before 6 months back for use of 150 channel by remiting one year payment in advance. There was frequent problem of stuck of picture but the same is being bared with good spirit that the problem would be rectified fast. Meanwhile, I have another experience for which I am deeply distressed. I am not getting the picture in the TV from 24/03 morning 9 am. I found that there is some fault in the Digital Box as the red light does'nt appear. I had loged a complaint immediately through customer care Tel. and they promised me that it will be rectified afternoon since the technicians are on the job in the site. Thereafter, several times I had condacted to them on the same No. and and the answer was nothing but same. Apart from that I had condacted the Tel. Nos. 2584493, 2583331 but the bell was ringing without any response. Sir, tomorrow is sunday and I know that no one is expected to attend my compaint nor rectify the problem. Sir, I am not experiencing such irresponsibility from any other service like BSNL or Electricity Board so far though they are Govt. agencies. I had asked the Phone No. of the Director or the General Manager of Asianet to bring the position to their notice but they were relecant to provide this. Sir, is not my legitimate right to avail the facility after making payment in advance. I hope that you will takeup the matter with utmost priority and extend your service to my satisfaction.
