Eplacement of food processo

Sir,

I have purchased a food processor, 10 months has been passed and it is still not in working condition. The dealer told me that there is problem and we will repair it. But having three repairs it still not working. I have shift to Gurgaon from Noida. Kindly suggest me what should i do.
