Misguiding and giving wrong information about the postpaid connection

I sk.arifuddin form hyderabad (a.p) my problem is the service at vodafone care abids branch has very poor service executives specially Mr. SUDHEER and his contact number is 9985948146 my problem is he has misguided me and telling wrong information about my sevice he dont know how to solve the problem and he is very irresponsible plz i sincerly request the concern officer to plzzzzzzzzzz look after him thanks for the vodacare vijawada manager he has helped me a lot and inspite of telling him plz solve my prob as early as possible also he has not look my problem
