Internet can not connected due to product key

I have At&T 5700 windows mobile phone it could not support internet connection. I could not get set setting key. I have using Idea card approach to the gallary they also told me it is not possible in this set to provided internet connection pls give me Mumbai or Navi Mumbai service cente
