Audio Parts Receiver Problem

I had given the dell mobile to service centre (Accel Care Centre) for problem in my dell mobile (Audio receiver Parts) on 11 June but still it is pending. Mail is forwarded to Dell Mobile care still no response, Even I called the dell mobile customer care service centre they are saying parts will be dispatched by 16 July but Accel Care centre had not received any parts.

How will my problem will be resolved. Its already 36 days passed lodging the compliant to Service centre (Accel Care Centre Kolkata).
