AVA merchantise
Not returning money

Hi sir

I have placed an order (ic 25725) for a kodak digital camera with ava merchantise through phone using my icici credit card no. (5239 5111 8606 6005) on the month of may since they did'nt delivered on time i cancelled the purchase order (c/31/05/10/006) on may31st 2010 they told it will repay it within 40 days to my credit card but still they did'nt repaid me, so again called they told again wait for 30days pls find me a solution.
