Nokia 6233
Software problem

I purchased a Nokia 6233 on 17th Oct. I work with a Telecom company, hence, it is very important to have a fully functional Cell Phone.

The Complaint: When I get a message in my phone, the time of receipt of the message always shows the wrong timings. The Auto time update feature in the phone is in 'OFF' mode.

I had given the phone to the Nokia service center. My complaint number is BAN 0059722. The service center was unable to fix my complaint. They even claimed that the problem is with the software and they do not have an updated software.

I know two of my colleagues who has the same problems in their 6233's.
