Avis Hitech cooler
Pump not working and no service given by company

I purchased cooler of Avis Hitech, worth rs 7000 on 01st May but effective 09th May Pump is not of that cooler. I have registered a complaint (#1182) on the next day and since then they are saying, electrician will come next day.

There is no visited to check the problem as of now and I am thinking that I have wasted my money.

Can anyone help me in that or can i go in consumer court and file a case for the same.
