Pump of the air cooler not work

I have purchased an AVIS HITEK SLEEK 5 IN 1 COOLER from Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd, Laxminagar, Delhi-92, Ph No.-01122457384 on the Dt. 18-05 (Approval Code-098924), but from 23-05 the motor pump of the cooler is not working and when I complained about this issue to the Authorise service centre of the Avis, they said that they will replace the motor but till no any service person has come.
