I am Pureit user for the past 2 year, . I had placed order for the battery through their help line, agent assured that the same will be delivered within 3days, . A technician from authorized service called me at 7PM & confirmed to deliver battery by 8PM, made me confident that it is a call to give excuse for their failure at later stage.

To our surprise the boy with pureit uniform was present at 7.30PM & fixed the battery to our satisfaction, they delivered service much faster than the promise time, this is possible for the professional organization with strong management. I believe pureit provides speedy service unlike others.
