Not Refunding

Hi,

Its been more than 2 months, i have submitted their camera at there warehouse in Neb Sarai and as per their representative they will sent my money through DD within 2 weeks but i have not received any thing yet!

I am keep sending emails to them and also trying to call them but no body is replying. Below is the Email conversation as a proof for my refund.

I have not received my DD yet! its been 2 months now, could you please look into this matter seriously or could you please call me at 9899123000, your fucking customer care team don't know how to track customer problems.

I tried to call you customer care n number of times but every time they say i have to wait... but for how long do i need to wait. Are you people not working there and taking your salaries for free. If this is not in your hands then let me know so that i can talk to some one senior in INDIA TODAY Group.

Now this is not only a matter of refunding of money but also a really very poor service provided by you people. Call me on my cell or send my DD with in this week.

Please look into this and revert me ASAP.

Now after all discussions, i went personally at your warehouse (Neb Sarai) and returned your camera and got confirmation receipt from Mr Thakur on 22-1. They gave me a deadline of 7-14 days for receiving my cheque/dd at my house, but now again its been more than 20 days but not received any thing yet! Please do needful. I personally went their to submit my camera to get that money ASAP.

Please look into this on priority basis and reply ASAP.

I received call from Rashit, he told me to sent an email, in which you people told me about the return of the product, he promised me to call me back after he recieves the email but no one calls me yet but when i called on that number then they said its a outbound call center and i have to call customer care, can you please do something to resolve this.

Let me know what you people want me to do now!
