I have brought a LG Phone from Bag It Today (India Today Group) in January But after 4 month the phone stopped working and the LG service center denied to entertain my service request due to missing of IMEI No. is missing from invoice. Therefor i requested many time to the above mentioned company that please issue me new invoice in correct manner but what they replied is copied below please have a look;
