Horrible customer care service

I had purchased one Bajaj Gyser (Majesty 15L) on28/11. On 6th Dec while I switched on the geyser I found that it was not working. So on the very next day I had complained (complain id: UDC07120) to the Bajaj Service Center (Unique Solutions). On the next day i.e. 8th Dec the technician visited our home and told us that the geyser is malfunctioning because one part needs to be replaced. Since the part was not available so the part will be replaced on next Monday i.e. 13th Dec to replace the part. I called them up on 11th Dec to give them the reminder and they told me that they will come on 13th Dec positively. So I took a leave on Monday and stayed at home and also gave them a call in the first half and they gave me the assurance that the technical person would come on that very day. After waiting the whole Monday no one came. Next day i.e. on 14th Dec I again called them back in the first half and asked them the reason for not visiting the last day. During the conversation they put me on hold for approx 15 mins and then finally they disconnected the phone. Then again I called them back after sometimes on that very day and they told me that the part that need to be replaced was not currently available and they will positively visit us on the very next day i.e. 15th Dec and replace the part. On 15th Dec the technical person called me and asked me the direction to my residence. Then again waiting for 2hrs when he did not came I again called him back in his number and he told me that he was currently in Sonarpur and he will visit the next day i.e. on 16th Dec. I called back the customer care service and asked for clarification and my phone was disconnected during the conversation. Then I again called them back and one of the customer care executive told me that the technical person will visit positively. Then the technical person again called me back again and told me tha he was busy in a call and he will visit my residence on next day in the first half. After he visited on 16th Dec he examined the water heater and told me that one more part need to be replaced and that part was not available to him at that moment. I again called back the customer service and again they disconnected when I asked them for clarification and they were showing all sorts of nonsense reasons. I don’t know when they will really visit. Now my water heart is still under the warranty period and they are offering this sort of after sales service.

Now I really feel regretted why I had gone for Bajaj while other brands like Venus etc. were available. I have the products of other companies also in my home but I was never been harassed before so much. In future I will not recommend anyone to go for any of the products of Bajaj. This company has a horrible customer care service and they give all sorts of false assurance while selling their product and once the product gets sold they not even bother about the customer.
