Respected Sir,
i want to inform about my prolem, i were purchase a cooler of Bajaj company before 2 months and my cooler is under warranty /gurranty periods of one year.
My cooler is not working well due to pump problem and i have already given a coplaint (complaint no.410671) last date of 3 august but tillnow my company is not taking any action regarding my complaint. i mave remind or complaint a lot of time but companis employee (included service centre, head of service centre and customer care) but they were not given any feedback and say to me sir i will try today, i will try tommorow to remove your problem.
Rason behindid i m suffering on mind prollem (mentaly disturb), and give me a written paper reason, why company not give any responce betwwen my complaint date to present, try to change the product or remove the problem and give me solution.
In nutshell, i request to you pleaswe take a action as soon as possible regading my complaints.
