Dear sir,

I lodged a complain vide Cimplaint No.223369 dated 09-06. I've purchased this product from M/s Anandamela, G-9 Gariahat Market, Kolkata-19 vide Cash Memo No. 4731 dated 29-05.

No representative of the company has yet been visited my house even after lapse of 31 days.

The attitude of the Company's local customer care center viz. M/s New ABC Enterprise (Ph. No.033-64141279) is very casual in this respect.

Please do the needful.
