I have purchased one Bajaj Electricals - Air cooler Model-TC2008 on 28.03.2012. As per the requirement, I have decided to purchase the said model. Within one month of the purchase, the blower is getting jamming and cooler is not functioning. Several complaints have been lodged to local service centre (0661-2473072). But, problem is not solved. In running summer, purpose of purchasing the said appliance is not fulfilled. I am fully harashed.By seing the reputed company, I have simply purchased the goods. But, service is not up to the extent as per company's promise. Inspite of two time complaints to toll free numbers, problem is not being solved. It is my simly bad luck. Customer's satisfaction slogan is only for advertisement.
