FX 10, food processor purchased on 25.10.11, demo was attended by the service engr. who found problem with the main bowl & lid fixing problem. the lid needs to be pressed with one hand to start the machine.
same day complaint was registered with the company's call center on 1860-180-6722 / 1800-2222-52

no response till date? is it bajaj policy that one should come thru consumer court?...
