We have launched a complain regarding our bajaj electirc water purifier. Complaint number :16645 but the company is not sending any person at home for its repair. Customer care person told us to enqire about the same from JAY services. Jay services told that company is not entertaining any repiar services for the product. It has already been 1 week simce we have launched a complain but there is no response from the company.
