On 03.10. I purchased LG Washing Machine (7kg) Model no. WF T8019QS for Rs. 15, 950/- from Infinity Retail Ltd. (Croma), Ghatkopar, R- City Mall.
For the above article, Rs, 4, 980/- was financed by Bajaj Finance @ 0% interest and was to be recovered in 6 EMIs of Rs. 830/- each. The first EMI started on 05.11.2009 when my captioned account was debited with an amount of Rs. 830/-. The full amount of Rs. 4, 980/- had been recovered on 05.04.2010.
However, Bajaj Finance is still continuing the recovery of EMI of Rs. 830/- from my above mentioned account on 05.05.2010 & 05.06.2010. They have so far collected excess amount of Rs. 1, 660/- from my account which is illegal and without authority. They are not taking my call and not accepting my written requsts. They need to be black listed.
