I had purchased a Bajaj food processor (Platini) in the month of May. I had opted for the best model
that time. but over a period, i started facing the problems with the same. i contacted customer care
department quite offten, but was not given fair service. service person attended the complaint, but somehow
i am still not fully satisfied with the performance of the machine. Service person replace my chatani jar,
replace chatani jars' blead steel that jar not working properly ..Urmil Bal
