Onida's Video Cassette Recorder (VCR)
VCR not working properly and no service stations

I bought a VCR of Onida when it was launched i.e. many years back. i am using almost all the products of Onida. now the VCR is not working, its parts i.e the tools are also not available in the market. there are no service providers of your company for getting the VCR repaired. now what can be done?? will your company buy - back this product??
