I have booked a complaint that my split AC is not working around 30 days back. In that 30 days period, I have called many times to customer care center to know the status of my ticket. They said that "we escalated your ticket and will be getting a call from technician very soon" all the time but no use and nothing was happened till now. I never saw this kind of service in my life and finally got frustration and depression only.
