Beetel cell phone
No spare

Sir, i am j.jayaganesh .my beetel mobile model no gd470 has got touch screen problem, So i have given it for service on 27/05.The service center people told me that they will replace the display. Until today 13/06 they have not delivered me the same. When i enquired them they told me that spare is not available. Then why company like beetel is giving false claim that 1 year warranty is there for their products.since my mobile is under warranty period.
