31.03.2012 on that day Best way appliances service man came to my home and serviced my fridge..but the problem in still there after the service also..i paid Rs.1550 for that service and they gave 1 year warranty for that service.. next day i called company regarding the problem, they said to send a service man to my home but they didnt.. i tried so many times regarding this problem they didnt respond to that..i am from a middle class family ..1550 is a big money for us ..that service company collected that money but they didnt solve our problem..please try to solve this issue..
