Blackberry 9860
Major problems in the phone

Hi,

I am writing this to have a solution to my blackberry 9860 which I brought in november. I would like to inform you guys that this phone has so many problems it does not even look like a 30000 rupees phone. A friend of mine using 6000 rupees android phone is much happy.

Here are some problems with my phone :

* All the keys at the bottom does not work, until you press them 50 times and then they would work for once.

* convinence key never ever worked since i bought the phone

* network is so bad that the call drops in every 3-4 minute and then it says my phone is out of network until i turn off the network and turn it on again.

* the mic does not work properly, people cant hear me. they say it sounds as if I am speaking from very far.

* for most of the time phone is hanged, even when I take the phone out of holster it would take about 30-40 seconds to update the time and start working.

* if I open any application and sometimes even if I receive the call the phone will hang and a clock will be on the screen which will not even let me answer or disconnect the phone.

* I have tried several new memory cards. My phone will corrupt any memory card in few days.

* camer is ridiculous at times it will click pictures with lines and the clarity is no where even close to what I saw in demo 9860

* I have not downloaded any other application other than those already installed still the phone is ridiculously slow.

and the list will go on with few other problems as well.

NOW, I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACE. I CANT BE USING A PHONE THAT IS REPAIRED FOR 8-10 PROBLEMS. I HAVE BROUGHT A NEW BRAND 30000 RUPEES PHONE AND IT FEELS I HAVE GOT A REPAIRED HANDSET FROM BLACKBERRY I CANT BELIEVE THAT I SINGLE PHONE CAN HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS.

I WENT TO REDINGTON JAIPUR THEY SAID LEAVE YOUR PHONE WE DONT REPAIR IT IN JAIPUR IT WILL GO TO GURGAON AND WILL BE BACK IN 20 DAYS REPAIRED.

WHO WILL LIKE TO USE A TOTALLY REPAIRED PHONE FOR SO MANY PROBLEMS. WHEN I HAVE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW HANDSET FEW DAYS BACK.

I NEED A SOLUTION TO THESE PROBLEMS ASAP REDINGTON JAIPUR IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL.
