I had booked for an additonal connection with the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Gas Distributors (Rohan Gas Distributors, Malleswaram, 5th Cross, Bangalore - 560 003.) eight years back till date the same has not been given to me. My booking No, 4974 for the additional cylinder. On approach the distributor is insisting me to buy the product displayed in the showcase which are four times costiler than the marked price. If I purchase the same will be given immediately. Now I am not in prosition to purchase the same. I request you to take up the issue with the concern and see to it that the additional cylinder is given to me. (My consumer No. RD.12351)
