Ought a Onida DVD player, Model-HDR - 5522 ATOM in October and had hardly used it for 5-6 times since then. Its remote control had stopped working. There is no provision on the DVD Player to play and rest of the functions.
I appoached the Agency from where i had purchased the DVD Player along with bill and i was informed that there is no Warranty on the remote.
It is really frustrating that I had purchased a Branded DVD Player only for the sake of warranty and quality. BUT it had stopped working so soon when i had hardly used it and on top of it there is no warranty and simply they told to purchase nw remote which will be in range - Rs. 400-450.
