2ton split A/C
Cooling Problem

I have a 2 ton Split A/C Purchased on 20.06.2007 having a cooling problem

since last 2 weeks. This is my 4th complain to your company. My 1st complain was on 27.02.2012 your technician attended to us and told that he has to take the inner to service center but no action was taken. Thereafter 3 days i booked the 2nd complain to customer care and i was told that with in 24 hours the will be taken. Your another technician visited to our shop and the same words were told and again no action was taken. Then again 3rd complain to customer care was given on 07.03.2012 complain no-RNA120307047653, but till now no action has been taken yet.

I am ready to pay the service charges of the company as i know A/C is out of warranty. A/c was purchased in the name of Bharat Varu At-Modern Photo Service, Laxmi talkies Building, Sambalpur, Odisha

So i want to rectify my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to take further action against your Company.
