LCD TV without accessories

Sir,

I purchased a Sansui 32" LCD TV booked through Independence day shopping bonanza on 15th August. I got the delivery on 29th august.

I am very sorry to state that the model SAL32HBA-FLA which I have received is without base stand. Nobody in your store told us that this LCD is without stand otherwise I would have not purchased it.

In market the stand is available and the model which I have received is not containing the same. In your store nobody finds himself responsible for the same.

I shall complaint in the consumer Forum about this incident as you are providing us LCD without its accessories.

I shall have the reply by TWO DAYS..
