PC suite for Onida g720i

I purchased the onida G720i but didnot get PC suite. After that i went to service centre (Adoni Services, Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh, India). but they are not answering properly they are telling still we did not received PC Suite from out head office. Many more times iam asked but every time they are giving same reply and giving answer rudely
