Poor Service & Wrong Commitments

I have booked an LCD on 27-Jan whcih i got delivered on 11th Feb and the same gor installed on 14th Feb... I have told while purchasing the entire process of Delivering Tv, Installations and also connection of Videocon DTh will happen in 7-10 days...

But unfortunately things are follwing as per commitment first off all Delay in delivering in LCD and now they are not sure on DTH connections..

Response from the same is it will take more 5-6 days for deliveing DTH connections... I request for an strict action and penalisation for this kind of service so they shouldnt repeat this kind of mistake...
