Delivered defected item

Hello,

We have purchased Sansui 32inch LCD from Big Bazaar, Sitabuldi Branch, Nagpur, date - 25th Dec.

They delivered defected piece and when we asked for replacement they told the same is not available.

It is more then 10 days now and the complaint is still not addressed.

Please look into this.
