I purchase a Onida Micro Oven (with grill) from Bigbazar, Baguiati, Kolkata under Independent scheme which (23rd to 26 January'10) I purchase 26th January an amount of 4180/- (under scheme amount) they told me that aftet 8 to 10 days you receive the micro-oven but unfortuanately after 20 days they can not deliver the same. I meet Big Bazar many time but for my product. after that on 16-2 they told me that they can not give me the said product, they told you purchase another Micro oven from the counter in the current price. please help me and advise me about the said matte
