I have placed the order on 22 jan with an order no: hd4743.While placing i confirmed with the executive many times about the delivery oof the product since we are having a function in my house.they said within 21 days i will receive the product but it has not happened and i have pyrchased a camera from showroom. when i called them on 16 feb to know the status one of the executive replied that the product is not yet dispatched and will be dispatched within a week time.i got wild and asked them to cancel order & she replied it is not done by her & she will forward the complaint to the conccerned department who will be calling back within 48 hrs.the same answer i was listening from12 feb and in my credit card statement i was shocked by seeing to pay the amount fpr the product which i have not received yet.
